Master Chef Dirk Schröer and his team relocated the Gourmet Restaurant ‘Caroussel’ to the newly opened Bülow Palais in spring 2010. With their exquisitely light, contemporary cuisine they continue  the commitment to be the top dining address in Dresden. The interior enchants with soft hues of apricot and subtle green accents, creating a welcoming and fresh ambiance.  Comfortable chairs, Dresden China chandeliers and blonde wood come together with ease and elegance. The ‘Caroussel’ can seat up to 50 diners.

After barely a year in the ‘Caroussel’ they had cooked their way to a Michelin Star (2006) and 18 points in Gault Millau. Since 2010, Dirk Schröer is listed amongst the 50 top chefs in Germany. This young, ambitious chef and his superbly  trained team combine faultless craftsmanship with highest quality produce to produce mouth watering culinary masterpieces.
